Together with the Plank & Stone surface library Janik & Mia have successfully provided their full scope of services from start-to-finish in the purchase of several "fixer" properties for their real estate & remodeling clients, with the successful purchase & sale handled by Mia Trudeau Group, then mastering a plan of surfaces together, executed precisely by JR Builders a licensed General contracting business (Gen B #994546) managed by Janik where together they have achieved record breaking resales for their clients in a short amount of time, every time.
Coupled with Trudeau’s eye and passion for design, and Roskovani’s long standing career as a top LA based General Contractor they opened their showroom in 2019 just before an onslaught of trying times for retail. After 3.5 years running a successful retail showroom in the La Brea District faced with an onslaught of safety and parking issues they. They decided it was best for their clients to move Plank & Stone to a home based studio where their private clients will be guided through the remodel process choosing finishes in a more personalized studio environment. Being able to offer top surfaces at better pricing with lower overhead costs, which they enjoy passing onto their clients.
